The project hosts a Residential Structure for the Elderly (ERPI) with 59 single and double rooms, a Continuous Care Unit (UCCI) for 44 residents, and a Home Support Service (SAD). This project sets a benchmark, and has such, receives significant attention from stakeholders, government officials and other parties. Furniture and Carpentry Compincar has played a crucial role in shaping this facility.
